At Hazi, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. This is in line with EU consumer law.

Conditions Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

Return shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

Please note Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers. In some cases, returns may need to be sent to the supplier's location, which we'll communicate to you upon approval of your return request.

Damaged or incorrect items If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll resolve it promptly.
